Who We Are
We are dedicated to the economic revitalization of Delta State. The Delta Economic Summit Group is an inter-disciplinary community of professionals and policy advocates dedicated to the economic revitalization of Delta State. Over the years, DESG has achieved significant progress in the areas of research outputs, execution of programmes, seminars, conferences and workshops aimed at facilitating the formulation and implementation of social and economic reform programmes for the growth and transformation of the economy.
Why We Exist
DESG has emerged as the most notable platform for public-private dialogue in Nigeria. During this period, the Group has established an excellent working relationship with the Delta State Government, the public sector, private sector, and other stakeholders. It is a non-profit, non-partisan private sector organisation with a mandate to promote and champion the reform of the Delta State economy into an open, private sector-led globally competitive economy.
